NCA is responsible for recruiting, training and providing ongoing support to local childminders. We also support parents who might be looking for local childcare.

About us
NCA is a registered charity and was formed in 1991 by a group of working childminders.
The association is managed by a voluntary management committee of practicing childminders and employs a team of Childminding Development Workers. As well as managing the recruitment and support of registered childminders within the county, we also manage the Northamptonshire Childminding Network.
NCA is a member of the National Childminding Association (NCMA) and we work closely with our colleagues from NCMA in order to keep local childminders informed of national news and initiatives.
